We focus on preserving the nutritional value and taste of the following fruits and vegetables through solar drying: Passion fruit, guava, mulberry, cape gooseberry, hibiscus, baobab, tamarind, moringa, kale, beetroot, and purple sweet potato. We offer these in different forms for use as ingredients in the food industry.
